RETURNS

At SAKKA, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as the products are unused. You’re welcome to open the package and check the items inside.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Please note: returns are only accepted if items are unused, unwashed, include all original SAKKA labels, and are in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Please note that you are responsible for the return until it reaches us, so we recommend sending it with track & trace to ensure safe delivery.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped every day except on Saturdays and Sundays. All deliveries are handled by PostNL. We strive to dispatch orders the same day; if that’s not possible, they will be sent the following day.

In most cases, delivery takes place within 5 days. However, depending on the collection items you order, the delivery time may extend up to a maximum of three weeks. You will always be informed of the expected delivery time at the moment of purchase.

PRE-ORDER

Our pre-order system gives you first access to collections that often come in limited, exclusive runs. By reserving your item early, you make sure you won’t miss out once they go live.

As a pre-order customer, you’ll receive an email notification the moment your shirt becomes available on the website, giving you priority access before anyone else.
