Delivery times within the EU generally take 5-10 business days after dispatch.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €100.
This applies to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
For orders under €100, the following shipping rates apply:
€6.95 – applicable to all EU countries, including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
€9.95 – applicable to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
For other countries a higher rate applies mentioned at the checkout proces for the applicable country.

If a delivery is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, this process may take 4–6 weeks.
If your order was legitimately unable to be delivered, we will contact you to confirm a new delivery address and reship your order free of charge.
